DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY, HUNTING AND DESIGN

Assistant director

• Organizes and manages  affairs in the Department and  appropriate services in subsidiaries ;
• Prepares and conducts annual plan for execution of operation plans in the field of the enterprise;
• Organizes and follows process about execution of special and general forests operation plans for forests management;
• Organizes and coordinates job of the independent designer, designers and other employees and gives instructions for performing of work(recording of forest departments, grouping of planting material, separation of planting material on map, entering of roads on the map,
• Cooperates with organizations and institutions which deal with  these problems  in the field of department operation
• Organizes transportation and accommodation of employees at performing of field works
• Controls and coordinates employees working  at the department;
• Performs other tasks in its field which are not comprised with this description assigned by the enterprise ‘s director;
