LAW AND PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT

Assistant director

  • Organizes and coordinates affairs in the Department and  appropriate services in subsidiaries;
  • Proposes beginning of  procedure for making regulations  that is amendments and supplements of  the existing regulations  according to laws
  • Follows  the organization of enterprise operation and gives proposals for improvement;
  • Organizes enterprise representation in front of courts and other authorities and offer  legal assistance to  subsidiaries;
  • Prepares proposals and regulations;
  • Prepares contracts and gives opinion per accepted offers and contracts of legal aspect;
  • Organizes keeping of personnel evidence and defines personnel needs, organizes expert personnel advancement, organizes temporary check of expert ability of personnel for doing of some tasks;
  • Organizes doing of administrative-expert tasks of enterprise ‘s management authorities
  • Organizes offering of expert assistance to the secondary authority for achieving of employment rights;
  • Organizes due materials dispatching  for sessions of  enterprise ‘s management authorities and the secondary  authorities and officials and takes care of quality and adherence of rules with  law and other enterprise regulations;
  • Takes care of department discipline;
  • Organizes and provides regularly, in time and according to contents and form appropriate notification;
  • Organizes and follows achievement and functioning of enterprise’s defense
  • Organizes seminars for the department needs of the enterprise;
  • Cooperates with organizations and institutions which deal with  these problems  in the field of department operation
